Zelos Studios (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information, in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, agency, email, phone number, and information about the property and the shoot (such as its address, type, size and access notes). Our website may also collect basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote
- To arrange, carry out and deliver your shoot
- To send invoices and keep business records
- To protect our website from spam and misuse
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with trusted service providers who help us run the business (such as our website host, email provider and spam-protection service), or where the law requires it. Some of these providers may store information outside New Zealand; we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected.
Photos of properties
Images and video of a property are created for the agent’s marketing. We only use them in our own portfolio with permission, and we avoid capturing personal items or people where we can.
Storage and security
We keep your information secure and only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
